​​At SoMa Yoga and Yoni Steam, we entrust our health to the wisdom of nature and self-exploration. Through Yoga and Meditation, we access healing through learning breath control and stretching. Through Yoni Steaming, we use our alliance with Mother Nature to heal by steaming herbs appropriate for each client.
